This page explains what data gabrielmr.com collects and how it's used. It's short and honest.

Camera & Gesture Mode

The site has an optional hands-free navigation mode powered by MediaPipe (Google). To use it, you must explicitly click "Enable Handsfree Mode" and grant camera permission.

• Camera data never leaves your device.
• All processing happens locally in your browser — no frames are sent to any server.
• No images or video are stored or recorded.

You can revoke camera access at any time from your browser settings, or by refreshing the page without clicking the button.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog for privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics.

• No cookies — PostHog runs in memory-only mode. No cookies or localStorage are set on your device.
• No session recordings — disabled entirely. No screen captures, clicks, or interactions are recorded.
• Do Not Track — if your browser sends a DNT header, PostHog respects it and no data is collected at all.
• Data collected — page URL, referrer, device type, browser, country (from IP, not stored). Used to understand which sections are most visited.

No personal identifiers are collected. No cross-session tracking occurs. No data is sold to third parties. Analytics data is hosted by PostHog (US servers).

Contact Form

If you submit the contact form at /contact, the following data is collected:

• Name — to address you in a reply.
• Email — to respond to your message.
• Message content — the body of your inquiry.

Purpose: Responding to your message and potential follow-up communication.

Processing: Your message is delivered to my inbox via Resend (email delivery service, US-based). Resend processes the data solely for delivery and does not retain message content beyond delivery confirmation.

Retention: Messages are stored in my email inbox only as long as needed to reply, or up to 12 months maximum, then deleted.

Your rights (LGPD): You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below. I will respond within 15 business days.

Under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed.
• Access your personal data.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.

• Revoke consent at any time.
